Heather Rich is a London-based creative director and designer working across interiors, experiential environments and functional art.

Her career began in New York in fashion PR and marketing before co-founding Decollage, a by-appointment boutique, gallery and showroom in the West Village recognised for its curated approach to fashion and lifestyle design. Nominated Best New Retail Concept by the Fashion Group International, Decollage marked the start of her focus on authored environments and concept-driven spaces.

After relocating to London IN 2004,  she was commissioned to design a private residential bar in Chelsea, leading to an international portfolio spanning high-end residential, hospitality, retail and cultural projects across London, New York, Hong Kong, Miami, Mexico and Cartagena.

Her work focuses on shaping immersive, narrative-led environments where architecture, interiors, furniture, art and objects operate as a cohesive whole. Operating fluidly across disciplines, projects range from fully realised interior spaces to objects, collections and conceptual brand worlds, often beginning at the early stage of defining a project’s atmosphere, visual language and experiential logic.

Alongside spatial work, she developed Lucite Blooms, a commissioned functional art homeware collection translating botanical imagery into sculptural homeware, and designed a bespoke Lucite DJ booth installed in Careyes, Mexico.

Her projects and expertise have been featured in international publications including Vogue, Harper’s Bazaar, The New York Times, Financial Times and Wallpaper.
